Utilisation is chargeable weight carried ÷ the capacity that truck declared, for the selected window; above 100% means it was oversold. Earned is booked revenue on that truck's trips, not cash collected. Franchise is the CPC expiry — a truck without a valid franchise should not be taking loads.
